Pre-Enrollment Procedure

If you are interested in learning more about Effica or would like to inquire about enrolling your child, please call the Director, Asha Mahambrey, at 937-436-1112 to make an appointment.

  • Morning (8:15am to 11:15am)
  • Afternoon (12:15am to 3:15am)
  • Full-Day (8:15am to 3:15pm)
  • Lunch (Morning Session - 11:15am to 12pm, Afternoon Session - 11:30am to 12:15pm)

Following the visit, the Director will contact you about the acceptance and placement of your child into the program.  You will also receive a set of enrollment forms.  These forms need to be completed and returned to Effica at least one week prior to the first day of attendance.
